Have a great idea for a panel?

Do you have a great idea for hosting a panel at HAMACON 3?  Well, here’s a way to to submit your ideas for consideration…. Send an email with the following information to Events Director Adam Perry at experimilk@gmail.com.  Please be as descriptive as possible.  Keep in mind most panel slots are either 30 minutes or 60 minutes long.

Title of Panel: Everything should have a title, the wittier the better!
Hosts/Panelists: Panels need people to run them, so it would be excellent if we knew who you actually are. 
Duration of Event and any time/day preferences: Things like this tend to help our illustrious Events Director, in well, directing things. 
Equipment Needs - Do you plan on using a laptop and so need a way of projecting images onto a screen? Perhaps sound? These kind of things are good to know!
Age Rating - This is mostly for 18+ material but if there’s something that’s not 18+ but you still wouldn’t like you mother (or father!) to see said panel, please mention it.
Advertising Blurb Short: 30 to 50 words description of what your panel is and why we should attend. Be snazzy!
Full Description of Panel - Take as much room and time as you need. It does not have to be as snazzy as the blurb, but snazziness never hurts.
