****Important Announcment for Parents of Minors**** About the Youth Escort Policy

This announcement is for all congoers that are 16 years or younger and their parents/guardians.

As per our Public Safety Policy, HAMACON requests that all congoers 16 years or younger have a parent/guardian sign them in on their walk in registration form with emergency contact information.  Parent / guardians should also provide a chaperon for their children that are 16 years old or younger.  We kindly request that parents/ guardians of children  12 years old and under supervise their children during all HAMACON events.  Please refer to the Public Safety Policy section entitled Youth Escort Policy.
